**Duties, Taxes & Customs (Important for International Buyers)

All international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

• If you refuse to pay the customs duties and the package is returned to us, the shipping charged by courier will not be refunded, and a return/restocking fee may apply.

• If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs, we are not able to provide a refund.

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any applicable charges before placing your order.

📦 Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unpaid customs duties:

• We can arrange redelivery (additional shipping cost will apply), or

• You may request a refund minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier.
